Before I Fixed Roofs,
I Was Doing CPR.
Different job. Same commitment.
People Deserve
Better Service.
Before Comeback Consulting, I was a patient care technician on an emergency response team at a hospital. CPR, emergency response, caring for patients from newborns to people over 100. Every shift, the job was simple: show up, pay attention, and don't leave until the person in front of you is okay.
I also grew up working construction with my family. So when I stepped away from the hospital, I had two things most contractors don't: a deep understanding of how to handle high stakes situations, and a genuine need to sit with people and understand what they actually need — not just what's easy to sell them.
What I kept seeing in this industry was contractors who showed up, did the work, handed over a bill, and left. No conversation about what was best for that specific homeowner, that specific home, that specific situation. Just a transaction.
That bothered me.
I started Comeback Consulting because I believed people deserved better. Not just better workmanship — better service. Someone willing to sit down, ask the right questions, and figure out what's actually going to help.
"Comeback isn't just a name. It's a feeling. That feeling of being brand new. Coming back stronger. Investing in yourself and watching it pay off."
Every comeback starts at home. You can't move forward in life without first taking care of what's around you. I've seen it over and over — when a homeowner finally gets their home right, something shifts. They feel it. Their family feels it. I'm not a therapist. But I get to be part of that moment. And that means something to me.
One Job That
Said Everything.
A few years in, I got a call from a family in the area. Roof was caving in. They had kids. They were struggling to put food on the table, let alone pay for a full replacement. Every contractor they called gave them a number they couldn't come close to affording.
I went out, assessed the damage, and sat with them. Really sat with them. Learned their situation, their policy, what had happened to the home.
Then I went to work on their insurance claim. Documented everything correctly. Pushed back on the adjuster. Got the full replacement approved — completely covered. New roof. Zero out of pocket.
They didn't have to choose between fixing their home and feeding their kids.
That's the job. That's what this company is built to do.
We Do Business
Differently.
You're Not a Transaction
Every job starts with a conversation. I want to understand your home, your situation, and what matters most to you before we talk about anything else.
We Consult First
I'm not just a contractor. I sit down, ask the right questions, and figure out what's actually the best path forward for your specific home and your specific life. Sometimes that's a full replacement. Sometimes it's a targeted repair. You'll always know the difference.
Documentation Is Everything
On insurance claims, I've been trained from the ground up — construction codes, manufacturer specs, how to read policies, how every major insurance company defines damage, how to build a claim that gets approved. Never lost one yet.
You're Family When We're Done
My best clients don't just come back — they send their neighbors. They call me to come to cookouts. That's not something I advertise. It's just what happens when you treat people the way they deserve to be treated.
